Welcome to FleetOS ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our fleet management platform and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, accessing, or using FleetOS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use FleetOS. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
FleetOS provides a comprehensive fleet management platform that includes:
- Driver performance tracking and analytics
- Real-time vehicle and route monitoring
- Automated alerts and notifications
- Reporting and data visualization tools
- Integration with third-party services (Uber, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
Account Creation: To use FleetOS, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.
You agree not to use FleetOS:
- For any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
- To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
- To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- To impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- To collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
All content, features, and functionality of FleetOS, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of FleetOS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from FleetOS without our prior written consent.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLEETOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of FleetOS after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
