Fleet Suite — Terms of Service

Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. One account per person — duplicate or shared accounts are not permitted.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Account Accuracy: You agree to keep your account information up to date, including your name, email, phone number, and any required documents.

Subscriptions: Certain features of Fleet Suite may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to the respective store's payment terms and refund policies.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.

We may release updates to Fleet Suite from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, performance improvements, or security patches. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

Minimum Requirements: Fleet Suite requires iOS 16 or later and Android 10 or later. We may update these requirements as new versions are released.

Fleet Suite integrates with third-party services including Google Maps, payment processors, and communication platforms. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, and we do not endorse or assume liability for any third-party products or services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BACHMAN INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF FLEET SUITE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Fleet Suite is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Fleet Suite shall be resolved through the following process:

• Negotiation: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
• Mediation: If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation under the rules of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts.
• Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre.

By You: You may terminate your use of Fleet Suite at any time by uninstalling the App and requesting account deletion through the App or by emailing legal@fleetos.com.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Fleet Suite at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you prior to termination, except in cases of serious violations or security threats.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your license to use Fleet Suite is immediately revoked. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
